Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration

Given current budget constraints, USGIF has reduced attendee pricing for government employees and military service members to $749 — a $50 savings from last year’s cost. In addition, the price for full-symposium academia, young professional, spouse registration and the one-day, expo-only pass remain the same this year as in 2010.

The Government rate is available only to employees of the U.S. and international governmental organizations. Retired Military and Contractors are not eligible.¹
The discounted Academia registration rate is for full-time students and full-time employees of accredited colleges and universities. Proof of eligibility will be required. Full symposium academia passes include the pre-symposium track.²
The Young Professional rate is for those attendees 18 - 30 years of age. Verification is required.³
One-Day Expo-Only Attendee passes also gives access to that evening’s events⁴

Only the Full Symposium pass allows you to attend all of the keynote presentations, learn from the insightful panel discussions, participate in the interesting breakout tracks, and network at the evening activities.

A One-Day Expo Only pass includes only those activities taking place in the Exhibit Hall on the day for which your badge is purchased. There is a limit of one, One-Day Expo Only Pass per attendee.

Spouse/Guest Pass

As a special offer, USGIF offers GEOINT 2011 attendees and exhibitors the option to bring a spouse or guest for a reduced cost compared to full-symposium registrations.

Spouse/Guest passes are $75 and are limited to one spouse/guest pass per each full symposium registration. Each pass includes admission to the exhibit hall after 4 p.m. and access to the GEOINT 2011 Welcome Reception at Historic Sunset Station, GEOWalk Corporate Hospitality Night and Closing Celebration with Boogie Knights.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. Cancellations must be submitted via fax 703-562-9049 or via email at [email protected]. Cancellations received by July 15th, 2011 will receive a 100% refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after July 16th, 2011 and before September 1st, 2011 will receive a 50% refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 1st, 2011, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds.

By registering to attend, you acknowledge this policy and agree that you will not advertise, represent, or distribute literature for products or services to our exhibitors, attendees, or staff without the expressed written approval of USGIF. Any attendee that violates this policy will forfeit their registration credentials.
